Our small-batch Extra-Virgin Olive is cold-pressed, unblended, organic, unfiltered and packed with polyphenols all sourced from our small-scale farm with 500 Olive trees.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Strongest and most pure extra-virgin olive oil, for finishing and flavour. The olives are harvested early so they pack a punch. All olives are cold-pressed, handpicked and pressed within a few hours of picking for maximum quality. We don’t believe in second pressings as this removes the quality of the premium oil and can only be done when applying heat. Holds a 0.2% Acidity
