Our small-batch Extra-Virgin Olive is cold-pressed, unblended, organic, unfiltered and packed with polyphenols all sourced from our small-scale farm with 500 Olive trees.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Strongest and most pure extra-virgin olive oil, for finishing and flavour. The Olives are harvested early so they pack a punch. All olives are cold-pressed, handpicked and pressed within a few hours of picking for maximum quality. We don’t believe in second pressings as this removes the quality of the premium oil and can only be done when applying heat.
